Product Description:
1. Important nutrients cannot be synthesized in animals. It can increase animal feed intake, promote its growth, and improve feed utilization efficiency;
2. It can participate in the update of plasma proteins in animals and promote the action of riboflavin. It also helps in the synthesis of niacin and heme, significantly increasing antibodies in pregnant animal fetuses, and promoting lactation in lactating cows and sows;
3. The level of tryptophan intake in animals can affect their emotional state and reduce aggressive behavior;
4. Tryptophan and its main metabolites, such as 5-HT and melatonin, can reduce the emission of nitrogen from poultry manure, improve the utilization of crude protein, and reduce environmental pollution caused by intensive livestock and poultry farming by regulating animal feeding, immunity, and stress resistance. Adding tryptophan can reduce the aggressiveness of chickens and reduce pecking of feathers and anus.
Recommended usage:
Reference for tryptophan requirement in pigs: For the appropriate content of dietary tryptophan, NRC (1998) pointed out that the total tryptophan requirement for 20-50kg pigs is 0.13%~0.18%, and the total tryptophan requirement for 50-120kg pigs is 0.09%~0.17%.
In addition, L-tryptophan is an important precursor for the biosynthesis of auxin indoleacetic acid in plants.
